Blade grip

A molded plastic or machined metal part that connects the blades to the main rotor yoke or tail rotor hub. The grips are bolted to the head by way of the feathering shaft, and the blades are bolted into the grips. A ball link is attached to the grip and a linkage is connected to it to allow the pitch of the blade to be changed. Each blade is retained by a blade grip at its root.
