Thrust bearing
From RC Helicopter Wiki
A thrust bearing is a rolling element bearing designed to take axial loads.
It consists of two thrust races separated by ball bearings. One of the two races (the inner race) will have a slightly smaller inner and outer diameter than the other; this is the race that should turn with the shaft running through it.
Thrust bearings can often be found in the main blade grips.
